The Commission on Environmental Quality amended 31 Tex. Admin. Code §321.1, Boat Sewage Disposal. Among other changes, the rules now prohibit the discharge of all untreated sewage into all freshwater bodies whose entrance points and exit points are as such to prevent the ingress and egress by vessel traffic subject to the regulation, rivers that do not support interstate vessel traffic, and any other waterbody that is designated as a no discharge zone.
