The Commission on Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Title 30 Part 1 Chapter 55, Requests for Reconsideration and Contested Case Hearings; Public Comment. The changes proposed to this chapter are part of a larger proposal to revise the commission's radiation control and underground injection control (UIC) rules.
