The Railroad Commission of Texas proposed to amend 16 Tex. Admin. Code §§3.4, 3.31, 3.38, 3.40, 3.45, 3.51, 3.51, and 3.86 relating to gas and oil wells. The changes would establish procedures for identifying unconventional fracture-treated fields and requirements for drilling horizontal drainhole wells.
