The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to add 30 Tex. Admin. Code §§§114.670 - 114.672, Natural Gas Vehicle Grant Program. The program would encourage eligible entities to replace on-road heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles with natural gas vehicles and to replace on-road heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicle engines with natural gas engines.
