The Commission on Environmental Quality proposes amendments to Title 30 Part 1 Chapter 117, Control of Air Pollution from Nitrogen Compounds. The proposed rule changes would apply to major and minor sources of nitrogen oxide in the Beaumont-Port Arthur and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria nonattainment areas.
