The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will conduct a public hearing on the proposal to repeal §§114.700 - 114.702, 114.706, 114.707, and 114.709. The proposed repeal of §§114.700 - 114.702, 114.706, 114.707, and 114.709 will be submitted to the U.S. EPA as a revision to the SIP. The hearing will be held March 20, 2008.
