The Commission on Environmental Quality proposed to amend 30 Tex. Admin. Code §114.622, Diesel Emissions Reduction Incentive Program for On-Road and Non-Road Vehicles. Changes would add criteria for receiving an incentive grant under the subchapter. There will be a public hearing November 29, 2011, and the deadline for comment is December 5.
