The Department of Environment and Conservation will conduct a public hearing to solicit comments from the public regarding any appropriate revisions to TENN. COMP. R. & REGS. 0400-40, Tennessee's water quality standards for 2017. Potential revisions could apply to the Stream-use Classifications for Surface Water, General Water Quality Criteria, and the Antigeneration Statement. The hearing will be held on December 15, 2016.
