The Department of Environment and Conservation is proposing to amend various portions of Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 1200-03-18-.24 regarding volatile organic compound controls. Changes would adopt federal rules for vapor recovery at gasoline dispensing facilities. A public hearing will be held August 31, 2015, and the deadline for comment is also August 31, 2015.
