The Department of Natural Resources is proposing to amend S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 123-151 regarding alligator hunting and products. Changes would allow individuals to enter into the business of alligator propagation. If requested, a hearing will be held February 24, 2015, and the deadline for comment is February 25, 2015.
