The Department of Health and Environmental Control amended S.C. Reg. 61-62, Air Pollution Control Regulations and Standards. Changes amend the definitions of "volatile organic compound" and "regulated NSR pollutant." The amendments also update regulations pertaining to the South Carolina Designated Facility Plan, New Source Performance Standards, and NESHAPS in order to maintain consistency with federal requirements.
