The Department of Health and Environmental Control proposed amendments to S.C. Code Ann. Regs. 61-68 and 61-69 concerning South Carolina's water quality standards. The proposed amendments would clarify and correct as needed water body names, counties, classes, and descriptions, and adopt EPA's updated numeric and narrative criteria.
