The Department of Health and Environmental Control proposed amendments to S.C. Code Ann. §§R.61-62.60, -62.61, -62.68, and -62.70. The proposed amendments would, among other things, adopt the federal amendments to new source performance standards and NESHAPs promulgated from January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2017.
