The Department of Health and Environmental Control proposed to amend S.C. Reg. 61-62, pertaining to air pollution. Changes would update the South Carolina Designated Facility Plan, New Source Performance Standards, and NESHAPs for Source Categories in order to incorporate by reference recent federal amendments. The new rules would also incorporate EPA’s revision to NAAQS for fine particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide.
