The Director of the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management will conduct a public hearing on the proposed amendments to the rules and regulations for the Narragansett Bay and Watershed Restoration Bond Fund. The proposed amendments have been drafted in order to facilitate implementation of the Narragansett Bay and Watershed Restoration Bond Fund.
