The Department of Environmental Management proposed amendments to 250-140 R.I. Code R. §25-1. The proposed amendments would, among other things, incorporate changes in federal law, and clarify and strengthen provisions for UST systems that are intended to preserve, and in some cases restore, the physical, chemical, and biological integrity of the air, soils, and waters of the state.
