The Department of Environmental Protection seeks comment on the FY 2019 Intended Use Plans. The plans include a list of drinking water, wastewater treatment, nonpoint source and pollution abatement projects to be considered for a design and engineering or construction loan or grant from funds the state expects to receive from the FY 2019 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and Clean Water State Revolving Fund programs.
