The Environmental Quality Board will hold a series of public hearings on proposed amendments to 25 Pa. Code §§121 and 129, relating to general provisions and standards for sources. The proposed rulemaking would limit emissions of volatile organic compounds from the use and application of coatings and cleaning materials in paper, film, and foil surface coating processes.
