The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Or. Admin. R. 340, Revised Water Quality Standards for Human Health Toxic Pollutants and Revised Water Quality Standards Implementation Policies. Changes would amend rules for human health toxics criteria, the variance provision, nonpoint source pollution, TMDLs, intake credits, and background pollutant allowance.
