The Department of Environmental Quality will hold a series of public hearings on proposed amendments to OAR Chapter 340, Solid Waste Composting Facilities. The amendments would clarify financial assurance requirements for solid waste disposal facilities and public notice requirements for renewal of several solid waste permits.
