The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various portions of Or. Admin. R. 340-100 to 340-111 regarding RCRA delegation. Changes would update department rules to comply with federal regulations in order for the state to retain delegated authority to operate RCRA's hazardous waste program in the state.
