The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is soliciting public comment on proposed revisions to its existing environmental enforcement regulations. These revisions describe the procedures by and conditions under which DEQ may offer §expedited enforcement§ for the various DEQ programs that monitor state environmental laws.
