The Department of Energy proposes amendments to Or. Admin. R. 345-021-0010, 345-022-0000, and 345-022- 0060, Siting Facilities. The amendments would incorporate the Greater Sage-grouse Conservation Strategy into the Energy Facility Siting Council's review process. A public hearing will be held February 23, 2017.
