The Department of Environmental Quality will hold public hearings on proposed rules that would require sources to report greenhouse gas emissions to the agency. The proposed rules require all sources in Oregon that are required to obtain permits under the Title V Operating Permit Program, and certain sources that are required to obtain permits under the Air Containment Discharge Permit Program, to report their emissions beginning with the 2009 reporting year.
