The Department of Environmental Quality proposed amendments to Or. Admin. R. 340-200-0040, -236-0010, -236-0500, -238-0040, -238-0060, -244-0030, and -244-0220. The proposed amendments would update rules to reflect new and amended federal standards and implement the federal emission guidelines for municipal solid waste landfills.
