The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to adopt a new air toxic ambient benchmark concentration for ethyl benzene and to revise three current benchmarks for lead, manganese, and mercury. These changes are in response to new findings by the U.S. EPA and the California Environmental Protection Agency.
