The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Okla. Admin. Code §252.606, Oklahoma Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Standards. Among other changes, the amendments would define categorical industries, allow certain stormwater and discharge monitoring report documents to be submitted electronically, and establish stream monitoring requirements for industrial wastewater discharging facilities that contain permit limits for oxygen demanding substances.
