The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Okla. Admin. Code §§252:515-21-32 and 71 regarding used tire processing. Changes would eliminate the requirement that 50% of priority list cleanup tires come from illegal dumps. Public hearings will be held on January 15, 2015, and February 20, 2015. Oral comments may be submitted at the hearings. The deadline for written comment is January 14, 2015.
