The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend various sections of Okla. Admin. Code §252:627 regarding water reuse systems. Among other changes, the amendments would remove the requirement of obtaining a permit for the use of reclaimed water within wastewater treatment plant boundaries. Public hearings will be held on January 15, 2015, and February 20, 2015. Oral comments may be submitted at the hearings. The deadline for written comment is December 31, 2014.
