The Environmental Quality Board and Radiation Management Advisory Council proposed amendments to 252 Okla. Admin. Code Ch. 410, Radiation Management. Amendments pertain to changes in dates for incorporation of federal regulations, as well as general updates to the rule to reflect updates to federal regulations, established to provide physical protection for certain quantities of radioactive materials. Public hearings are scheduled for November 6, 2014, and February 20, 2015. The deadline for comment is November 5, 2014.
