The Department of Environmental Quality proposed an amendment to Okla. R. 252:205-3-1, pertaining to hazardous waste management. The updates provide consistency with federal hazardous waste regulations. A public hearing is scheduled for October 9, 2014, and the deadline for comment is October 9, 2014.
