The Department of Environmental Quality proposed to amend Okla. Admin. Code §252.100.1, 2, 8, & 31, Air Pollution Control. Changes would incorporate new carbon dioxide requirements from the U.S. EPA into the PSD program and clarify that construction permits for new and modified Part 70 sources shall be obtained under the requirements of Part 5 of 252.100.8 and not 252.100.7, Permits for Minor Facilities.
