The Department of Environmental Quality amended Okla. Admin. Code §§252.100.2, 252.100.25, and 252.100.35, Incorporation By Reference, Visible Emissions and Particulates, and Control of Emission of Sulfur Compounds. Changes update incorporations by reference to adopt the latest U.S. EPA regulations and move an existing continuous opacity monitoring requirement.
