The Department of Environmental Quality is proposing to amend Okla. Admin Code §§252:100-5, pertaining to air pollution. Changes would ensure consistency with exclusions for certain permit exempt and de minimis facilities under U.S. EPA's Air Emission Reporting Requirements.
