The Department of Environmental Quality, Air Pollution Control, will conduct public hearings to consider the amendments of numerous rules concerning incinerators, control of emission of particulate matter, and control of mercury emissions from coal-fired electric steam generating units. Hearings will be held April 16 and August 19, 2008.
