The Environmental Protection Agency proposed amendments to Ohio Admin. Code §3745-42, which covers the requirements for wastewater permits to install. The amendments would establish a definition for "best available technology." A public hearing will be held on October 25, 2016. Public comment will be accepted until October 25, 2016.
