Ohio EPA proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §3745.1.21, pertaining to the Great Miami River drainage basin. Changes include the addition of site-specific aquatic life copper criteria for Indian Creek and Jackson Center Creek and updates to beneficial use designations in the lower Great Miami River watershed.
