The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §3745.1, pertaining to water quality criteria for the Ohio River drainage basin. Changes would remove the thallium nondrink human health water quality criterion. The deadline for comment is May 20, 2014, and a public hearing will be held that day.
