The Environmental Protection Agency proposed to amend Ohio Admin. Code §119.03, governing well standards, operational requirements, plan approval, and backflow and cross-connection control for public water systems. Changes would clarify monitoring requirements, require reports to be submitted electronically, and provide additional flexibility in approving existing wells, in addition to other changes.
