The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency will hold a public hearing on proposed rescission of Ohio Admin. Code 3745:108. The rules will be rescinded in preparation for future federal rulemaking that will regulate mercury emissions from affected parties. The hearing will be March 12, 2010.
