The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Air Pollution Control, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed amended rules 3745-21-01 to 3745-21-04, 3745-21-06, 3745-21-08 to 3745-21-16, 3745-21-18 and new rules 3745-21-19 to 3745-21-21. The amendments are being proposed to correct format errors and typographical errors, to extend the applicability of certain rules to the Cleveland-Akron moderate eight-hour ozone nonattainment area, and to adopt new rules also required in the Cleveland-Akron area.
