The North Dakota Department of Health will hold a public hearing to address proposed amendments to North Dakota Administrative Code Article 33-34, Specifications and Standards for Petroleum and Fuel Products. The purpose of the amendments is to update the current specifications and standards to address alternative fuels including: mixtures containing up to 85% or more by volume of alcohol fuel (E85), and mixtures of biodiesel up to 100% biodiesel (B100).
