The Environmental Management Commission has proposed changes to 15A N.C. Admin. Code §02T.1310-.1311, which would remove fecal coliform and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) from the list of parameters to be sampled as part of the animal operations monitoring standards of the Aquifer Protection section of water quality code.
