The Department of Environment and Natural Resources proposed to amend 15A N.C. Admin. Code §13A .0108, relating to hazardous waste transporter facilities. Among other changes, amendments deal with increase and decrease in "sensitive land use" and new requirements for emergency preparedness. There will be a public hearing on August 17, 2010, and the comment period ends October 1.
