The Department of Environmental Quality proposes amendments to 15A N.C. Admin. Code 07H.0306(a)(3), General Use Standards for Ocean Hazard Areas. The proposed amendments are intended to both clarify how to determine the oceanward limit, and what information is to be submitted to the Coastal Resources Commission. Public comments will be accepted until May 15, 2017. A public hearing will be held April 27, 2017.
