The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is proposing to amend various portions of 02 N.C. Admin. Code 09L regarding pesticide use. Changes would establish a state specific training program for commercial and private applicators of soil fumigants. A public hearing will be held if requested by March 3, 2015, and the deadline for comment is April 17, 2015.
