The Department of Environment and Natural Resources proposed to amend 15A N.C. Admin. Code 02D.0101 and .1901-.1903 and 02Q.0101, .0103-.0104, .0203, and .0308; and repeal 02D.0801-.0802 and .0804-.0806 and 02Q.0601-.0607. Changes pertain to air pollution control and include removing obsolete cross references, changing the permit term for non-Title V air quality permits from five years to eight years, and revising provisions governing the transportation of land clearing materials over public roads. A public hearing will be held on September 3, 2014, and the deadline for comment is September 30.
