The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. tit. 6, §41.2-3, Sanitary Condition of Shellfish Lands. Changes would reclassify shellfish lands to allow the harvest of shellfish during all or part of the year.
