The Department of Environmental Conservation proposed to amend N.Y. Comp. Code R. and Regs. tit. 6, §§374.2 and 370.1(e)(2); add §613; and repeal §§612, 613, and 614. Changes would align state requirements governing petroleum bulk storage facilities with federal requirements.
