Codes R. & Regs. tit. 6, §487, Analysis of Environmental Justice Issues Associated with the Siting of Major Electric Generating Facilities. The rule establishes a regulatory framework for an environmental justice analysis in siting a major electric generating facility. The amendments take effect July 5, 2012.
